Nubya Garcia has been giving us drips of her new remix album, a reimagining of her 2020 album, SOURCE. From the new record Source ⧺ We Move, we recently heard 'Boundless Beings (Georgia Anne Muldrow Remix)', a glitchy hip-hop-tinged track. Today, Nubya releases another remix, 'Together Is A Beautiful Place To Be (Nala Sinephro remix)'. Mellow synths open the song, wound up with intricate harp and ethereal saxophone. Nala Sinephro creates a new and invigorated beat that becomes the catalyst for energetic bass rhythms and abundant synth lines that drop like water from a height. With a focus on meditative sounds and geometry, Sinephro has been resourceful and creative with Nubya's song, whilst really putting her own spin on the track. Give it a listen here. -Ellie Rose-Davies
